Summary: Hotel was nice and clean. Lady at front desk was nice and welcoming. Area was ok didn’t do much exploring. MGM casino is literally the next block over.

Summary: Great breakfast! Wonderful room, spacious corner (710). Only complaint was very low water pressure in shower and some kind of heavy utility machinery noise during the night. Pizzeria around the corner is fantastic .

Summary: The breakfast was always well stocked, the pool was very comfortable and very clean, the room was clean and the temperature very easy to control, great blackout shades and not at all noisy despite being downtown. Jason at the front desk was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Would happily return!

Summary: The young lady at the counter who registered us was professional and extremely helpful. However, your wait staff and cleaning crew were loud and unprofessional especially in the Front Lobby. It sounded like my husband and I entered a loud room w/ unprofessional and uneducated housekeepers talking and laughing loudly in the LOBBY!!!. (2 females) I was thoroughly surprised and I was put off by their behavior and unprofessionalism. It was unacceptable. The gentleman that worked @ the front desk @ night was professional as well as the maintenance man and the other gentleman that was working as a housekeeper.

Summary: Breakfast is basic, fills up quickly. Located right next to the casino. Bed was comfortable, nice sized fridge. Decent hotel for the price. Parking next to the hotel which is convenient.

Summary: Worked out perfect as we were seeing a concert at the mass mutual center just around the corner. Easy to get too. Easy to check in. Room was huge! Bed was comfortable. Pillows were the best. There was a stain on the sheet, but the sheet was clean. Extra comforter in the closet was perfect. Breakfast was great!!!

Summary: This is a nice hotel but a rough area. Dont think i slept much with all the sirens, cars squealing their tires and all the loud guests coming and going all night. I would not stay here again.
